Hi, I’m Teegs, the heart behind Blac Haus—where I bring timeless beauty, warmth, elegance and function into everyday spaces.

My love for interiors has been with me for as long as I can remember. As a child, I spent hours designing homes on The Sims, carefully selecting every detail before moving on to the next. When I wasn’t immersed in a virtual world of design, I was rearranging my friends' bedrooms, dreaming up ways to make them feel more beautiful and inviting. Even then, I understood that a well-designed space had the power to make life feel better, calmer, and more inspiring.

That passion never faded. While my career initially led me into business administration, where I spent over 15 years refining my skills in organisation and structure, my heart was always drawn to design. I spent my days immersed in interior books, magazines, and podcasts, constantly learning, absorbing, and refining my eye for timeless, intentional spaces. Now, I get to bring that love to life through Blac Haus, creating homes that feel both sophisticated and deeply personal.

My Approach to Design

I believe that good design is deeply personal. A home should tell the story of the people who live there—it should feel warm, elegant, and effortless, with every detail reflecting the life and personality of those who call it home.

To truly create a space that feels right, I take the time to build a relationship with each client, understanding not just their style, but their lifestyle, their routines, and the way they want to feel in their space. Great design is more than just aesthetics—it’s about creating a home that supports, inspires, and nurtures. That’s why I take an intentional, thoughtful approach, ensuring that every choice made feels natural, functional, and deeply connected to the people who will live in it.

What Inspires Me

I have always been drawn to European architecture, historical details, and the quiet luxury of traditional design. There is something special about a space that carries history within its walls—homes that have a soul, a sense of character, and a timeless quality that never fades.

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me indulging in my love for all things beautiful—whether it’s flipping through my ever-growing collection of design books and magazines, listening to inspiring interior podcasts, or simply creating small, beautiful moments in my own home.

My family and I are also passionate Formula 1 fans, and we rarely miss a race. But beyond that, my biggest dream is to one day restore a chateau in France or Italy, breathing life back into a historic home and making it beautiful again. I would love nothing more than to design homes across Europe, preserving their history while infusing them with warmth, elegance, and functionality for modern living.
